Relocate it to the recycle bin. It limits articulation and not needed off-road.

I'm still wondering if stiff springs will be a replacement for it. I daily my truck. I might drop it and drive it around town and see if there's much difference in body roll.

Ditch that shit, I removed mine years ago and tow through 11 different states with no problems. I cut it up and made HD gate hinges out of it. Freaking things will still be around a 100 years from now. Best mod ever.

Some call it an anti-roll bar.

Well sorta, but that's the opposite direction of an off-road suspension...gonna have to pick a path because if you try to make it do too many things, it will never do any of them well. This is how my mid-travel setup pushed me to long travel. Either make it an off-road truck or keep it mild for grocery runs and helping friends move their junk around.

Well I mean, I don't mind getting crazy with the build, but I take corners kinda hard. I've been trying to dial it down in prep for getting rid of it.

i have 700 springs on my front, and secondaries. my shop called me to say it feels unstable.. they are moving my sway bar relocate up some more, the sway bar link was being pushed into my coilovers. This is a 4runner btw, but i did get the lca pivots to try to get more space for tires without chopping everything up.

i live in nyc... the only offroad i get was getting up my steep hill after the snowstorm..

i take my raptor out when the going gets tough :crapstorm::crapstorm:

Unless you fixed the panhard bar angle on the rear of the 4runner when you did the lift that's going to cause most of your stability issues.

eimkeith panhard correction was installed and i have an adjustable panhard bar as well since years ago

only changes this time around were the installation of the LCA Pivot, total chaos lowers, secondary shocks. and removal of sway bar. the only thing that would cause stability issues is the sway bar removal.

What were your alignment numbers after the installation? That could also contribute to instability if the alignment hasn't been completed.

i haven't seen the numbers, but i went from JBA uppers to icons with heims, i'm sure my alignment numbers are fine. My shop specializes in offroad builds, mainly raptors. I'm sure they wouldn't have went out testing with a bad alignment.

If you have the eimkeith correction kit then you're good there. I've seen a bunch of lifted T4Rs without that and they all complain about stability...

What spring rate are you running? My observation is that anything less than 700# is squishy without a sway bar.

700 and secondary shocks. I had 650 and 650 felt squishy with a swaybar and that nosedive was unreal.

it's a pre-covid thing, not a big issue now that bars are closed. basically, when you drink too much and hold onto the bar to help remediate too much swaying/falling over

    Now it's called a speak-easy, allegedly.

But we don't discuss those on public forums.
