You want 2010-2015 calipers and rotors. Pads are the same between 460/470. The rears are completely identical so just buy 470 stuff.

You're saying just remove the sway bar links all together? Forgive my ignorance, this is really the first vehicle I've really dove into significant upgrades. I can talk your ears off about tires, but not super mechanically inclined.

I’m not running any sway bars right now,I’ve never ran the rear. I do run the front sometimes with all pro off-road adjustable links.

Remove the sway bars all together, only way you are going to get flex offroad. There are plenty of threads out there on the subject about if you should remove them or not. They are on the vehicle for a reason. I removed them on my Tacoma and will remove them on the GX if the kdss ever breaks.

Ditch the sway bars...you won't die

My truck rides and handles better without it IMO. If the KDSS breaks on my GX I'll rip that shit out and go long travel.

That's kinda my thoughts. For now the plan is longer 2nd gen 4Runner rear links and a front relocate kit. These parts are cheap. Maybe in the future, I'll consider removing.

There was a guy over on t4r selling some beefed up sway bar links and was offering a quick disconnect style front. They don’t fully detach they just sort of allow sliding for better flex.

they weren’t cheap tho, like around $200.

I recently did the GX460 brake upgrade on my Tundra and I purchased Raybestos Zinc coated calipers from Rock Auto and Raybestots Rotors. For the pads I went Toyota OEM, from Cool Springs. Raybestos is the company that the Tundra GX460 brake guru recommended. I wanted OEM calipers but they were extremely expensive. One guy got lucky and found a wrecked GX460 at a junkyard. He was able to buy the calipers for cheap. It might be worth a check on car-part.com

AJT fob mod. Need to get a house and garage key made, and another olight keychain flashlight to complete it.

The victorinox is purple as well, can’t figure out why it looks blue in the photo.

Tonight’s post dinner convo with the misses:

Me: I got some stuff coming tomorrow to detail my truck and clean up the paint on my GX

Her: yeah the front bumper on that thing is beat up

Me: I’m not worried about it, it will be replaced soon anyway

    Her: :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes: *walks away*

    Me: :notsure:

Reminds me of a time in Moab.
Me: I want a rear bumper.

Her: The stock one is just fine.

Me: ... dragging the bumper and hitting it hard on ledges.

Her: you are doing that on purpose.

    Me:

not right away. But it’ll pretty much get built to match my old 07 runner. LT front and rear. Glass. 35’s red dog fab front bumper.
