So I cut the handle, feet off the new HF $31 air tank, plumbed the supply over to the bulkhead and then fab'd a new bracket to hold the tank. Going to drill a new 1/2 npt on the other side for the compressor input. Waiting for the bung. Getting cold tomorrow so I'm not sure 31* will let me finish this up. LOL

I've looked at these, but I'm confused. Does the flip key have its own electronics and you have to pair it with your vehicle or do you drop in the circuit board from the stock key into this new housing? The red alarm button is not aligned with the lock/ unlock buttons on the stock key and the flip key shows them aligned.

Added sound deadening to the rear wall, more that 50% of the time I have my seats folded down and would eventually like to add a storage system. Road noise when the seats are down is much worse compared to seats up imo. Added ~14 pounds of Noico 80mil to the rear wall and on the back of the oem plastic wall with pockets.

Good results, Less road noise/exhaust noise from behind. I will be doing the doors and floor in the next few months when I get new speakers (probably Kicker CS). For now the Subaru/Kicker tweets are a good enough sound upgrade.

Installed new winter tires today, Nokian Hakkapeliitta r3 suv.
Actually perfect timing. We’re in the middle of a major winter storm today with ice, snow, and blizzard conditions.
Great traction, both on acceleration and braking. Very stable and predictable. Would definitely recommend them.

I added open cell foam to my vents. It decreased the road noise by several dBs according to my Sound Meter app.

Yo that’s a great idea, I figured the mat on the back of the plastic trim (but in front of the vents) would help but this looks like a much better solution, along with the dead mat.
