LOVE OUR DOGS. At 2:00 AM today and friend and his wife were awakened by their great Pyrenees dog barking hysterically.

The house was on fire.

They all got out alive.

This isn't the first time that I've known someone who was saved from a fire by their dog.

 

My Dog does the opposite.
She does the anxious dance in front of wood stove if the firewood stack is low or the stove needs stoking.
If the house was on fire I'm sure she would let me know.
She let's me know when water is boiling and when Pizza is done before the oven timer.

 

I think I had better get outside and tend to some of my projects before the parts start to go bad.

 

My dogs just bark a lot

 

The only time i took one apart was after i had to replace one because it would trip even with no load on it. So u just wanted to see how one works after replacing it

 

Our dog would just howl all retarded like. That's what you get with a German Shepard/Husky.

Glad they are ok, do they know what started the fire? Hopefully not everything was lost but it's most important that everyone got out safely

My older husky is quiet hardly makes a sound. The new dog is talkative as shit

 

Our cats would like...

"Hey, so...we started a fire in the living room for fun and it kinda spread throughout the house, it's probably too late but you should probably try to get out"

 

And they will tell you all this with one good scratch to the face a a angry meow like its your fault

It's pretty accurate.

 

It sure sucks. Very nice family. The house is a total loss. No info about the cause. Pictures look like it started in the attack or around the roof. I think they might be able to get items like pictures and some of the irreplaceable items out. They have a cabin at deer camp where they will stay until rebuilt. I think the house is on some acreage. They will rebuild there.
