I think I'm available. I'll have to double check with the girlfriend when she gets off work. I'm honestly in no rush to make space, so I can hold them for as long as you need.

January 26 it’s not a weekend day but I will be making this trip Providence to Albany (ish) and back. Might consider going through Hartford route for bbq so am adaptable with that.

Our main players from the Virginia area are @fatfurious2 @pdenajim and myself, in that order, and then I typically hand off to @TwistedTLM4 .

Once you get all the particulars of the purchase nailed down then you'll need to actively communicate with @fatfurious2 to ensure he can help out. We kinda take over from there.

On the first page of this thread there is a list of members by state that participate. There's also a link to a map where we are.

Most of the time sellers are willing to meet us at a convenient location, but sometimes they are less cooperative. Try to establish that right off. There might be a member for example farther away from you that can help because they travel near another member in the chain.

But it's better for everyone involved if you are proactive creating the chain.

Another major factor to consider is during this time there are travel restrictions and social distancing to consider. I personally don't have any reservations about these things but others might.

The common courtesy is always the same with me, a heartfelt thank you, a smile, a handshake, the possibility of paying it forward if you're interested and able. Never money.

    Rob
