Number 5) not getting up to speed entering the highway I think is a major cause of traffic on the highway and it gets me nuts!

Exhibiting two of the most common driving problems I've seen. Inpatients and using that as an excuse to violate the motor vehicle code.

Just had a MINOR accident on Christmas Eve, and by that I mean a tiny scuff on my front bumper, from someone who pulled out in front of me at an intersection (55mph speed limit) and immediately slammed on their brakes. I had a millisecond to react. So as of right now, my #1 at the moment is when someone pulls out in front of you and either goes really slow or immediately hits their brakes to turn

This is what I was referring to a few posts ago. A few days ago the car in front of me merged onto the highway at about 35 mph. I tried to wait for the demarcated line, which gives passing permission, before I went into the far left passing lane to get by the slow poke. As I patiently waited, the truck behind me cut across the solid white line. Just as I was going to enter the passing lane I saw him almost in my blind spot. Fortunately I did not get in the left lane until he passed. What then typically happens is all the other vehicles merging onto the highway follow the jagoff who cut you off and you are stuck crawling in the slow lane at 40 mph behind the slow driver.

I’ve avoided this so many times I’ve lost count, and the two most recent once’s have been at the same exact spot! A middle-aged woman in a Tahoe moseyed into a right turn, I almost clobbered the back end of her SUV, and she almost bought me a new Tacoma...

This one was an interesting one. The individual (an abnormally nice old man in a Chevy truck), pulled out in front of me, then merged in the right hand turning lane, then back into my lane at the last second and slammed his brakes the second the light turned yellow. So I went from hitting my breaks, to thinking everything was fine, to hitting my brakes again. And it was snowing, so of course I slid a little after hitting my brakes the 2nd time. It’s a bad intersection, there are several roads that turn onto the main highway within a few feet of the traffic light at the intersection. I usually see a wreck in the same exact spot once or twice a week.

Stop light ADD. I don't like it when people are distracted at the red light. Usually they are looking at their phone, or have their head down in the console. It's a three minute redlight(thankfully). There are plenty of things going on around them for that three minutes, that can keep them engaged in the task they are trying to accomplish... Driving!

This. MA has a no texting and handsfree law. Especially annoying at night when you can see the phone light up their face. I use the Henry Rollins method on such bellends

So his violating the law justifies your doing so. Got it. And here I thought obeying the law is what gives society structure.

Yup, had 1 today. 8 miles of straight road with gentle hills. On my ass at the top of a hill, backed off some when there was no traffic and plenty of room to pass. Next hill, same thing, rinse and repeat. road come to a T with another road. He passed me with a half mile left before the T stop sign. Some traffic on the other road, so he had to sit there with me sitting behind him. He had at least 6 opportunitys to pass before but didn't til the last. We didn't meet even 1 vehicle. :notsure:

basically a lot of people in full size pick ups that evidently think that because they have a large vehicle they own the road, are allowed to tailgate and drive like jerks.

Parking lots, parking lots, and oh yeah, parking lots, after a massive snowstorm! Parking lots are lousy under ideal conditions, with inattentive pedestrians and whatnot; But add massive piles of snow into the mix, and you’ve got hell on earth!

Yes that’s a stop line. No neither driver stopped at it. Yes both are in the crosswalk.

I hate when people do that, though sometimes the paint is so faded it’s hard to see the line...

Not here. And usually not around me, I'm right outside Providence. This intersection is pretty bad for it, almost always (and from all directions). See it constantly.
