    Was looking for either measurements, dfx file or a supplier for an auxiliary fuse box for the 3rd Gen tocomas.

    I bought a pelfreybilt bracket, bluesea 100 amp circuit breaker, bluesea 12 location fuse box with ground, about 10 feet of 2 guage wire and all needed ring terminals, my total was around $200 out the door with everything but thats a guesstimate.

    Is the cover for your fuse box off for illustrative purposes or because you couldn’t get it back on with the power tray installed?

    I had a very hard time getting my fuse box cover back on with the tray installed. In the end I had to loosen the Power Tray bolts and move it as far back as possible to get the lid back on. I’m kind of annoyed that if I ever need to get into the fuse box in a pinch it’s gonna be nearly impossible without some wrenches to loosen the tray again.

    Edit: I have the sPOD tray, which might be even larger than the one in your picture.

    The cover is just off to show where I ran the three wires for the s pod system.

    I don't have any issue getting the fuse box cover on and off. You have to finagle it at an angle a little bit and push the insulating cover over the positive battery terminal out of the way. But it's not really an issue. When installing the power tray I did install it as close to the firewall as possible. there is a fair amount of adjustability in those two bolts anchoring it to the fender of the truck.

    I’m looking at adding three sets of lights and it seems like these aux fuse fuse blocks might be the cleaner way to go versus the add a fuse.

    The switch pro seems really cool but it’s out of my budget at the moment and not sure if the auxbeam one is okay.


    It’s funny how just adding some lights turns into a bigger project!
