I haven’t had those issues. I’m using an iPhone 12 Pro, and I use Apple Maps and Google Maps. Did you update yours? (http://192.168.50.2/)

Have been using CPlay2Air in wife's 2020 Camry. Seems to work better if the Bluetooth connection to the factory head unit is disabled in the phone and only the Bluetooth connection to the CPlay2Air is enabled.

Looks good! I still have the stock bumper but have been considering the RCI VS the TRD. The TRD is pretty but I believe the RCI is more purpose built and I plan on spending a lot of time (outside of work) doing some wheelin!

Mine was working fine for months without issue, then one day it started disconnecting about 3 times on a 15 minute drive. Did it several more times after that. Finally decided to navigate my phone to the update page of 192.168.50.2 while I was in the truck wirelessly connected to the cplay2air.
Things went a bit wacky for a while during the update, but afterwards everything started working normally again and I haven’t had a disconnect since the successful update. Here is a thread on it. The time it takes to connect initially seems to still take a while though.

Damn I'm jealous. The only hills I have here in Houston is overpasses, speed bumps and potholes.

I'm not having those issues at all. It does take 15 seconds or so to connect when I start the truck but seems to be getting quicker over time. I sometimes have to unplug it and replug but had to do the same when I hard wired my iPhone. Once in awhile I will lose my Sirius connection and the phone jumps to internal music...but that happens on my wife's car, too and she isn't running CPLAY2air.

My iPhone cable hides pretty well around the vent trim and it doesn't drop out.

Had an appointment at my dealership yesterday to do the routine 45,000 mile tire rotation. My service advisor said that they didn't have too many appointments lined up and offered to do the fuel pump recall (they had told me on the phone the previous Wednesday that they could only do the recall Monday's through Friday). Needless to say I jumped at the weekend offer as that saves me time missing work. Used to have a faint whining noise when lifting the throttle at highway speeds...all gone now.

I think my truck actually is a little smoother running since the recall was done.
