So guys I need some help. I recently got a pair of after market tail lights. I had to wire the left side of the aftermarket led taillight. The problem is: The brake light won't come on and (DLR) for the left side. I replaced the fuse (10amp) which was blown. After I replaced the fuse the dlr started to work but the left brake light doesn't work unless I step on it worked but on the right taillight it works perfectly fine. The wiring is weird though on the left. Wiring from the truck its the following

    GREEN/?
    GREEN WITH RED/?
    WHITE WITH BLACK/?

Coming from the wiring of the aftermarket taillight is the following:

    ALL BLACK WIRES WITH LETTERS

    BLACK/A
    BLACK/B
    BLACK/G

Any good electricians that can help me or any of the sort? Thanks guys

What does the install diagram show as for identification of the black lettered wires of the aftermarket tail lights? The factory side is easy to identify with a simple 12V test light. Without an install diagram, you can't blindly connect wires to the factory which will result in blowing fuses or worse if connected incorrectly.

Worse yet, the OP's problems have (most likely) just begun. Poorly done wiring to get the aftermarket lights working will leave the OEM harness compromised and lead to all sports of problems down the road. And its not like tail lights are a safety item or anything.

Green = Tail and Parking Lights Hot wire.
Red w/White Stripe = Reverse Lights Hot wire.
White w/Black Stripe = Ground Wire.
Lavender = Stop Lights Hot wire.
Lavender w/Black Strip = Left Turn Hot wire.
Lavender w/Yellow Strip = Right Turn Hot wire.

    Good luck.

Help. My left brake light won't turn on unless I press the brake pedal. Any advice?

Ah, aftermarket quality. Words fail me. Getting back to your problem though, do you have a test light and / or do you know how to use one? Have you checked your fuses? And I'm a bit confused. In your post title, you say your left brake light won't come on unless you press the brake pedal. Um, that's what's supposed to happen. Do you possibly mean your left tail / running light won't come on unless you press the brake pedal?

BTW, assuming you're pressing the brake in the pic, your center high mount stop light isn't lit either.

All fuses are perfect. None are blown. When I press my brake pedal the red light will come on on my left taillight but not pressing the brake causes the (DLR) to not work and my top mount light doesn't work either now. I used a volt meter and the break pedal switch apparently isn't getting its fully voltage (12). The brand is by spyder, fiber optic leds.

    What is a "DLR?"

Just out of curiosity, do you still have your OEM tail lights to put back in?

This is the same guy. Bought aftermarket taillights that aren’t plug and play. He doesn’t know what he’s doing and we don’t understand what he says he’s doing. This isn’t going to end well.

I have a similar issue, when I remove my gas cap I'm pouring money in.
And when stopping I really just want to slow down to zero miles per hour.
    It's a crazy thing.

Everybody has problems, I get in my Taco at night & when I shut the door, the inside light goes off, I can't see nuthin. Lately I've been driving with the door open & that seems to work pretty good.

I've offended wondered if the light in the refrigerator stays once the door is closed. The light is always on when I open the door.

I think the inside light has a position for : off / on / gradual increase in brightness
after door closes. And on exit it does the opposite. Going from bright to off
    after 10 to 15 seconds.
