I want to share some pictures of the backside of my ARB front bumper. We don't spend much time talking about bumpers.
Few people ever show the backside of a new bumper.

I think these crumple zones will keep a moderate hit from bending the frame.

The deal with ARB is the bumpers have been "crash tested" to meet Australian criteria for safety and airbag deployment. I don't remember seeing this many crumples on the stock bumper that I removed.

I think NC has that law. But its damn near un-enforceable. All you have to do if your'e pulled over is say you were calling 911 or dealing with an emergency situation. I wouldnt do that, but I rarely if ever use the phone while driving. Its just stupid.

And cops have better things to do with their days anyways.

I'm the same way. AM radio unless the wife is in the rig.

I put a powered woofer under the driver seat for additional "depth" of sound. Made a harness so that it was all plug and play to the stock radio and can pull it out easily like it was never there. I also use one of those tape adapters with the headphone jack. Works good enough for me!

People do get ticketed for it out here, I've known a few people to get hit with them. And it gets crazy expensive the more it happens. But yeah it is one of those things that a person shouldn't be doing no matter if it's a law or not, but unfortunately there are a lot of shitty distracted drivers out here. Sad thing is it doesn't really deter them.

I don't know how anyone could live with themselves if they ran over a kid or killed someone because they needed to like a post on Facebook. But the world is a crazy place

Jesus yeah that kind of stuff scares the shit out of me being on the road especially driving around with my daughter now.

That and people that get crazy road rage over the stupidest shit. Had some lady nearly clip our front end trying to weave been cars going over 80mph on the drive up here. If I hadn't braked she would have spun us out of control. I was fucking shaking I was so pissed off for a good few hours after that.

Finally stuck my lightbar wiring into the cab. Headliner removal is a bitch.

It has a steady burn mode which is kinda silly.
