I was thinking next time this fan/shroud come out is a perfect time to do it, lots o room down there. And if I am draining my coolant again I’ll probably take the radiator out anyway so I can seal it up better. The truck seems to like not having the clutch fan on so I am somewhat motivated to get those nst pulleys installed.

 

Breaker bar, frame, and starter motor. One bump will do ya.

 

I tapped in to the same one as the sc coolant pump under the hood

About 30k ago when the supercharger was installed. Who knows if they torqued it or just airgunned it on

 

So finally got SCer back on, and running. But p2111 keeps coming up even after clearing... only thing ive done different is Coolant bypass on TB and PCV to the atmosphere and plugged inlet for PCV on SCer. What things should i try tomorrow in the daylight?

 

Work backwards to put things back to the way you had them before. Once you make a change, check for the code. Keep going until it goes away. Or put everything back to normal, and one at a time do the different line ups until the code reappears.

Someone might have a better idea but methodical troubleshooting will help.

 

That's a throttle actuator code so something to do with throttle body. Check connections

 

You probably disconnected both TB harness and maf harness when you did the job. Try cleaning the connections and replug.

 

Yes, I did. I will get some MAF spray and clean TB and MAF while I check connections.

 

I used the small stubby 250 torque. The big one is too much but did use it to remove it.

 

Ok cool. I have the midtorque also which is much easier to fit into spots so if a 250 can do it that should have no problemo.

 

It def will put it back on. I may have used the high torque to pull off

 

Sounds like y'all need to work out and get swole.

We need more info there to help you. What is a P2111?

 

i have had my throttle body coolant bypass done for years now. no issues. i dont think any of the things you have mentioned will cause that issue. checked the throttle plate for proper movement. do you have the stock size throttle body? i need to get an adaptor to go to 70mm, if you wind up needed a new tb, lets see what we can work out.

 

only 12oz beers? you need to step up your game to the 16oz beers.
