Thanks man, that thing is sweet! Dana 60's is where my truck is headed but it'll probably be a couple of years down the road.

I've put that mount on 2 different 2nd Gen, both with the rearview camera and compass temp in the mirror. no problem with either one.

I wonder how you got the wire out if the way. The factory bracket that attaches to the mirror sticks up way too high, I would have to pull back the headliner a bit to get it all up in there. I'm going to nix the idea for now, I don't want to tear something up trying to get it to work.

Love these things. I wonder if anyone bought the rights to them. I was aware of them a couple of years ago, and they remain my favorite design, and of course, that means you can't get them anymore.

that is s sweet rig, man.

I was hesitant to change on the OEM grill for my 2015 Tacoma, as honestly, unlike 3rd gen, I think they do look pretty cool. But at last, I went ahead and changed the grill this past weekend and I love it. Totally changed the look of the truck. I also love these Raptor style lights. Installing was pretty easy, but the pain was in removing the OEM one lol.

Yeah, that's it exactly. The one plastic cover gets 96'd, and the wire tucks up in the headliner. Once the mirror is in place, nothing ever moves again, so there is no abuse to the wiring.

I'm in process of replacing my trucks lower control arm bushings.
    20201228_090322.jpg
    20201228_101953.jpg
Off to the shop that's going to do the press work.
    20201228_101926.jpg
The shop is closed. No other shop (that's open) will do it for me, except for one shop that wants $448 to do it - just the press work. Not gonna happen.

So I've read on TW to light them on fire and cut out whats left. They do not burn easily at all.
    20201228_132204.jpg
    Back at it....
