This is the hole that was left over from the broken hanger, then I seen a pinhole in one of the previous welds.

I’m glad I took it off. At least I could weld it up properly on the bench. Welding under the truck is tough!

Surprised you could weld that at all, I looked at the first pic and figured you'd blow right through.

In case I don't make it back on here before the holidays, you guys have a good Christmas/New Years! I'm still on the hunt, nothing yet, although I am also looking for an 09/10 H3 Adventure pkg, maybe next year I can get back to seeing you guys/going trail riding

Started the truck up today, throwout bearing is finally in it's death throws. So new LUK clutch kit ordered and I guess I will have to put my 325is back together so the truck can actually get some love.

Mine has been chirping since I got the truck 3 years ago. Now it has finally started to howl and whistle and whine. I have been debating one of the many difference solutions for the truck, but they all cost more than a new clutch kit and flywheel for just a bearing and a machined sleeve.

Seen a thread the other day that suggested the one thing almost everyone overlooks is the release fork - apparently that can get worn and contribute to the squeal. Can't see how myself but worth looking into. My problem (besides the banshee wail of the tob) is the clutch never seems to fully disengage so it always kinda thumps into gear and reverse can be hard to get into.

Hey @k.strong , did I see a photo of a Valley run with you in it posted by @D2. ? @uno and @Tertius420 , not sure I've seen you guys before around here? Either of you know who has the blue AC with an ARB bumper local to Berwick? I've seen it quite a bit, as well as a black 1st gen with an ARB around Kingston area (I used to live in Aylesford and Wilmot)
Oh @D2. , how's the snot cannon work going?

Yeah that was the photo, it looked like your truck, but I don't think there was an actual tailgate in that particular picture was there? Hard to tell off my phone. Where was that trail?
And yes, I'm keeping the cap lol I have a soft tonneau cover that came with it that I'll never use, I'll probably sell it/barter it off along with the tires that are on it now, they're aggresive, but I don't work for that company. The tires are factory size I believe (265s), Chinese tires I'd say, they're not a common name, but tonnes of tread, I'd say 80/85% left on them. Anyone have a black 05-11 grill laying about? Or maybe a black factory bumper?

Thought I saw a grill on kijiji the other day, can't find it now though. How much are you thinking you'd want for the tonneau?

I've seen you around on the site but not sure we've ever met in person. I'm the one who organized that little valley run from the pic you speak of, are you in the valley? I'm in Greenwood. White AC TRD OR.

It'll be cheap, like $50, it's for a short box, I've never opened it up, I unloaded it and stuck it in my shed.
No we haven't met before Chad, which is strange given I'm always looking at Tacos that are trail ready. To be fair, I JUST got back into one, my 3rd, I had a '13 MGM Sport, Pelfreybilt bumper/skid, OME lift, TRD 'Beadlock' wheels, my coworker has it now, maybe you've seen him? Justin, awesome guy. I live in Coldbrook now, I used to live in Aylesford on New Rd.
