the Moog have their own metal cups. You can just use the stock bottle jack to press out, and a little heat to help. Then use a ball joint press to get the Moogs back in. Can also use the ball joint press to press in the LBJ. Should take an hour or 2.

    None... yet.
Nice day here, in between 30's/40's and rain. Decided to see what condition the transmission fluid was in with 189,xxx on the odo. Glad I started the process today! It was the color of maple syrup and only drained out 2 liters. Figure I'll do it again when I change the oil @ 190k and then every oil change (5k) after that until it looks like... transmission fluid!

Tried to get my bed rack installed... y’all I need some help. I’m not sure if I have the wrong parts or if I’m just an idiot. It’s a tacomapacolypse mid-height rack and I’m having trouble figuring out what to do with this rectangular piece.5EB873BD-D2E0-45B9-A1F8-B284106953EB.jpg7C69E326-B89A-42BA-B0B1-298768D132C8.jpg730411AC-48AC-4960-89E9-4366E0585DA4.jpg

Put the sand dune flag on today, for those crazy snow machines that like to think they should drive way to fast down the middle of an unmaintained access road.

Then snow wheeled for quite a few hours

Quality control has gone downhill for Optima for years. Return it for X2.

Got my new Icon RXT leafpacks set in option 2 by swapping leafs. Definitely works best if you place the leafs in an arch instead of a U on the floor to replace leafs.

Also got my coastal offroad skid kit in the wrapped packages in the background. Rest of the lift gets delivered tomorrow and I start Thursday on a large list things to do. Going to be a long weekend.

Upgraded my brakes after going to 17s with 35s, huge improvement. Very happy with the Wilwoods after about 250 miles, and going over a snowy mountain pass. (This isn’t final install photo, I cleaned everything up and aligned the brake line better and used a retaining bracket there as well)

I think I'll take another look at it this weekend when I'm off and have time. I removed the top black plastic piece when I took the mirror off, but didn't see how the plug and wire would fit under the headliner, but I guess it will. Thanks!

Got it! My stepson Jacob helped me get it back together. It got new lower control arm bushings. It goes in for an alignment tomorrow morning.
