    This is what I get with Firefox or Chrome....


    Right clicking and trying to save as causes a virus malware panic.... Neither Chrome or Firefox wants to deal with it...

    What am I missing here?

    You just need to tell Chrome to let you go to the site. Click More Info or something like that.

    Seriously, I do not have a browser that can deal with the download. Is this for real? On a Windows 10 machine, I cannot access the download ?

    I can get to the site just fine. It's the download that isn't working... I have tried Firefox, Edge and Chrome. None of them will let me download the file.

    In Chrome. Hit the DL. Go to the DL page. On that page tell it to Continue the DL and Confirm.

    I even went so far as to fire up the old trusty WinXP laptop I keep around for odd situations and it too came up with the error screen....Oh well, just have to sit back and wait.... I was excited about at least getting the ball rolling.... Nothing like dropping $200.00 on a product and then not being able to fondle it a bit....

    We are technically closed until January 3rd, and working on several software updates to post.
    So if you bought recently, during our closed time, I would expect that you can't use it, or will be delayed until you can. We are not sending master keys out until the 3rd anyway, so even if you can download it you can't do anything.

    Try save as. Let chrome deny your download.
    Press [Ctrl] + [j] and from there you can force it to download.
