I have a few of those. I used to collect them so I’d keep vintage ones. My two favorites are one I got that was an original carrier deck helmet from the 60s I think. Has US Navy markings on it so it’s pretty cool. The second is my dads original helmet from before I was born.

I'm looking forward to needing a new one when I get the dual sport.

I have a handful of nice street helmets I'm hoping to sell to fund it. The problem I have is that my freaking head is as big and shaped lime a large pumpkin. I'm an XL or XXL

I went away from the 3/4 helmets. As my friend likes to ask.. "do you like your face?"

Full face for me forever

 

In my short time riding, I’ve had plenty of things hit the face shield hard enough to think “F$ck! It’s a good thing I have a full face”.

 

I mean with a 3/4 Id still wear sunglasses, but my chin would be exposed.

 

I could build you one. I’d need some measurements from you since I don’t have a sporty anymore but it can be easily done.

Haha. I was wondering why you’d quote me over there. Honestly it’s cheap enough of an investment where it wouldn’t hurt to try it though.
