Ahhh I see. Is the factory metal mount in the pillar able to bend down for a better angle? I haven’t looked at it that close.

Yeah. @58electricman was the first to mention it.

It bends with little effort. Not very pleased about that.

my friend did that and actually got the cooler. But when the battery dies, like his did, you have to rebuild your battery. He has it strapped onto his tritoon, and makes drinks with it when we go boating.

Visibility is great and not affected at all. Seeing natural colored nylon is a bit distracting though.

Hey that's me! I ran 5k today (first time running since April or May) just to suffer along with everyone else. My asthma is still punishing me.

I got an email from her requesting a pic to show which ones were wrong, so I sent her one and fully explained to her, again, that I got two lowers and I need an upper. Hopefully she got the pic and hooks me up. She didnt respond saying she got the pic...

SANDING THE FLASHING on the edges........For the GRAY models....I used the fine side of an emery board/fingernail file and it worked. Be gentle and take longer strokes for uniformity. ALSO...this plastic on the bolt covers is soft. I was very gentle and even the fine side of the board took off all the material I needed with only a few passes. MY POINT: Be careful or you might take off more material than you want. Cheers!

Just looked at my order info on the KTJO website and it says shipping is by FedEx ground, paid extra for that. I don't have a tracking number but it says it was shipped on Dec. 19, which was a Saturday. That means the earliest it started moving would have been Monday the 21st. Today is the 29th with holiday closures mixed in there. I trust Fred X more than the post office but that 19th could have just been label creation and there's no telling if/when the thing hit Fred X and with no tracking number I can't tell wtf is going on. Kinda sloppy, KTJO...

As more folks start receiving these, I am curious to see/read if there are any bolt angle issues like Tony has shown us. Any other installation issues too.

Since this is the only driver’s side handle on the market, I want it to work. Staying positive for now.

After the customer service fiasco I had with her when I ordered bowl lights, I swore I'd never buy anything from her again.......but I am weak when it comes to my truck.
