What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

What are you using to make the large battery cables? Do you need a hydraulic crimper, or will the hammer style do it (or something else)?

Want to make my setup super clean when I get there.

No, just had to make sure not to catch the wires. This is not a permanent install location just a spot to store it.

I too have Meso overhead switch panel and lower switch panel to install. I have been putting it off for like 4 months. Thanks for the pics and motivation.

I replaced the bumper guides. You’ll notice the clips broken off surrounding the red screws

 

You can pop them out to replace them. I feel your pain though. I probably went through 3 cheap sets before I found out.

Ironically I sat there thinking something’s gotta pop out right? But didn’t want to test my luck as it was 40ish out and plastic can be unforgiving in the cold. I’ll have to get some diode dynamics and do it the smart way in the spring
