Passenger Occupancy Sensor HELP

    So, really just need to know if my 05 SR5 has this. I want to swap in some frs seats, but this sensor seems like a nightmare to work with, and if it's too much of a headache I'll just scrap the whole project.

    Mods are currently being changed .....
    One easy way to find out is to throw some weight on the seat and drive around. DOes it beep at you? There's also an idiot light on the dash below the radio that will blink.

    Those sensors are sensitive.

    My mini-schnauzer weighs 16 1/2 lbs. He will activate the sensor. Of course he isn't very still, so depending on what or how he is sitting, the light and beeper are intermittent. Annoying, but tolerable.

    IIRC, I think all of that system has been required by law for many years now.
