Yeah I haven’t seen anyone in here mention them. Are they for your pivot? I think backyard trail builds on YouTube might run them?

You probably already know, but I'm sure you've suffered a concussion. Take it easy, stay off of the bike and any strenuous activity for two weeks. Your brain will thank you.
Glad you're ok man, that's a brutal hit.

WHere'd you go, looks like corner? I'm still around and jonesing for a ride, hit me up!

    Third for the A2!

If it's still being funky and you want some help, shoot me a PM and I'm happy to FaceTime you and help you get it sorted.

Yes for the pivot, I took the plunge bc of casings vs price. This review helped me choose as well.

General question but do most of y’all leave your tailgate mat on and if so how often do you hear about theft? Wouldn't think it would be terribly often but I’m new to the MTB world.

99% of people don't even know what that is - I would take your chances.

P.S. I like that bumper carnage. Kudos to actually wheeling your truck and not just looking the part!

I leave mine on in Alabama all the time. Most places I go to ride, everyone else has one already, and usually a nicer one. Mine was a free hand me down gift so I’m less conferenced but I’ve never heard of one being stolen.

been looking at some new bikes(used) and came across an Orange Clockwork. Does anyone have any experience with this bike or the Orange brand? I know they make some good products, I just don't have any experience with them

*I was looking for a roscoe when I came across the deal on this bike

I like it a lot! My old bike was a 2018 Specialized Camber with 130mm of travel. But i feel way more comfortable on the AF. Maybe its the length and bigger wheels but after i test rode the 29" wheels on trail i was sold on the big wheels. I was originally between the Mojo 4 and this but opted for the bigger wheel'd bike. The only time i really realize the weight of it is when im lifting it on/off my tailgate but i dont feel much on the trail. Maybe if i back to back rode a AF/Carbon Ripmo i would feel the difference but i cant tell as of now never being exposed to the carbon counterpart (although im interested in seeing a the difference). I am a one bike per discipline dude. The AF for anything trail/park related. My Gravel bike for anything road/railtrail/gravel path related. The AF is a really solid all-rounder especially at the price. It climbs and pedals well, and descends amazing. I also feel WAY more comfortable jumping this thing.

Orange is good brand but I have nothing else to add expect that's a sweet name considering the movie reference

Some more interesting news about the industry... Helps to understand why we're seeing prices and lead times increase and stock decrease.
If you're wanting a new bike, and somehow find a deal. Go for it. I have an Orbea on order that's looking like mid-summer right now.

That picture of the port is pretty insane. Like all the money in product sitting on those boats waiting for their destination but then the boats themselves sitting their not making money to get more product.

Yeah that picture is a bit misleading. It is unlikely those vessels are sitting at anchorage outside of a discharge port but that is likely a stock photo of a major bunkering hub (gibraltor, rotterdam, singapore, etc). But it is true the lead time at anchorage around the globe is 10-14 days . basically these vessels are having to quarantine at every port, obviously this results in a lack of vessels thusly inverse prices

    I'm in the maritime industry...

Yeah it definitely makes sense, I’m probably just not used to seeing ports other than driving by some on the highway haha.
