Round one finished about 5:30 this morning. More accumulated now than round one, and snow expected to continue the next several hours. 20201229_080943.jpg

I'm very confused now because your avatar is a 2nd gen tacoma, your bio says you have a 1st gen, but this photo shows a 3rd gen... lol

Yes, I should update all that. The first gen was my wife's primary driver and traded for a leased 2011 sport, then purchased a 2013 for her, then this 2017 for myself.

It must not be heavy snow of you're chucking it around with a single stage blower.

I had a message pop up that it's supposed to start snowing around 11 here but I don't think we're supposed to get very much.

Headache is finally gone. It only took:

    Eating? Nope.
    Acetaminophen? Nope.
    Caffeine? Nope.
    Sugar? Nope.
    Ibuprofen? Nope.
    Medically induced coma (Nyquil)? Probably.

Ended up sleeping for 12 hours. Now I'm all groggy from the Nyquil. Should go hit the gym to burn it off.

    After coffee.

For the poll, I don't do New Year's resolutions because I never keep them anyway.

After this atrocious year messing with my gym schedule, I would like to be more consistent in going. Cooking instead of opening a box or a bag is up there, too. :)

Not that heavy yet, and why I just finished round two. We're right on the line of unknown as far as type of precip, if it will change over to more of a sleet rain thing. One of these days I'll break down and buy a blade for my ATV and ask why I didn't get this 15 years ago! The snowplow has done everyone's favorite pile at end of drive scenario. Daughter just informed me supposed to stay snow. One last thing...this little snow thrower getting terrible gas mileage. Must be the winter blend. Doesn't use a drop in summer:rofl:

You must have the same weather people we do. They don’t know what it’s going to do even after it’s done it

I’ve had a 60” straight blade on my atv for 10 years or so. Works great on anything less than a foot of powder or 6” or so of wet heavy stuff. Beats pushing a snowblower any day.

I'm sure it would be more convenient than this, go with the wind or wear it, blower too. It's a wonder this things discharge chute doesn't face completely back at the operator, I mean it just as well half the time!

The more High tech they get real time Satellite computer models of weather events back to Noah`s Ark .

Well it is going to do something for a period of time and the temperature could range from Absolute Zero to the Sun going Nova .

    Best we can do

Growing up we had a weather man named Frank Deal. If he said it was going to snow I knew I didn’t have to get up for school. If he said it wasn’t going to snow I knew I had to get up. Don’t know how he did it but he seemed to always be right.

It's all in how you use it, just hit it several times:rofl: I was actually considering a 2 stage a month ago when they were on sale for $499.00 tractor supply. A fella in there said that's the lowest price he's ever seen for that model. It may have even been $399.
