Ok, let me rephrase... It would be nice to have an update that you don't have to go through comments for on her posts (or one that makes complete sense 168 of what? only 168 pre-orders left to ship? #168 of 400?). But then again, at least that is an update. :notsure:

Yep, I most definitely will never pre-order anything from her again. Not because of any of the delays, but because someone who orders today would most likely have their order shipped first.

That would make sense. Someone who doesn't drive in that area would have no clue. EDIT: LOL, I thought you meant there really was an 168 near her.

It doesn't make sense that those orders would "receive tracking shortly" though. Unless she has to push the tracking info through, I was under the impression you received notification when she printed/created the label. I could be completely wrong though.

Given the way this one went down, I'd say while rolling at 89, eating a burger, and sippin' a road soda, maybe a boiler maker?

I would tend to believe she doesn't have an online software to handle all her orders like an Amazon or other companies that has a system of compiling the complete order process of customer sales for the buyer to fall back unto.

She's basically doing everything manually. Yikes! her company is being run like a very small local one man band operation with a skimpy website platform being my guess

Which is totally fine, delay expected. But you should still ship in the order received. That is most everyone's gripe.

Or if not 100% in order, at least ship out the orders placed before the shipment of handles arrived. Either way, at least this thread has been extremely entertaining during the wait.

Does that statement mean she has only 12 or 21 orders left of the 180/189 or what? Yesterday she had 180 or 189 left and they would be shipping today - :annoyed:(@RyanDCLB post #1398).

Could it be she has 168 left to go from the 180/189? I’m in that number. But I don’t wanna be. This is not like when the saints go marchin’ in. :censored:

Very true. All done by hand, with minimal help.

Yeah, this will hurt her business Reputation. Getting all this slack from customers I'd hope she learns from it. She needs to invest in her website business as to like how most ALL online retailers do.

Honestly, considering the revenue and future potential, I cannot see how a few friends, beer, pizza, and one loooong day couldn't knock this out with a bit of organization? Maybe I'm naive?

I'm thinking of the 400 pre-orders. Zero concern with the 'distributors.'

Crying is not an option. A little chuckle once in a while seems appropriate.

More than likely, the nutplate is the wrong size. Both bolts should be M6.

A few others noted this situation.

The nut is too big. Previously mentioned somewhere in the mess of posts.
