My dad's decided to clean up/restore his 72' mg b and asked me if I wanted to help (with the promise of some headers or the like for me in the end ;)). The engine has been rebuilt at least once by my dad but he bought it trashed and fixed it up then trashed it, so there is a possibility that the first owner may have rebuilt it as well. Anyways it's mainly carb work and alot of interior/exterior work that needs to be done. The floor pans need to be replaced and welded in and we need a new soft top. The suspension also needs a bit of a tune up. Has anyone got any advice as to where we can get parts for such an old british car? also does anyone have any experience with these cars as for what to look out for? thanks for all the help-max

    getting there....
Do some online searches. My dad died while his old 68 triumph tr 250 was being restored. Parts are expensive to a point....but you can find them.
