My big dog woke up up in the middle of the night. He was pretty convinced someone was in the yard and I'm inclined to believe him because that's pretty much the only time he ever barks. By the time I went out with a flashlight i didn't see any signs of anyone

Between that and camaro geniuses buddy rev bombing his 350z at 430 i didn't go back to sleep til 830ish. So much for a productive morning huh

Is it an ADD axle tube? They are not too hard to come by if you wanted to remove and replace the whole axle tube.

I ended up having to remove mine to weld it on the bench after a couple of biffed attempts on the truck

I have a spare diff. Just trying to see what I can do that doesn't require dropping it and replacing it. Need to figure out all my options.

It is not ADD. At least thats my understanding if I have the J shift. Although the spare was ADD. So...does that make more issues?

It is ADD, jshift has nothing to do with it. You dont have manual hubs, so its add

    4 run, 2 don't
J shift has no bearing on whether its ADD or not.

The diff itself is the same; there's a stub you'll need to pull out as well as replacing the diff end on the passenger side.

I don't know that drill and tap would work but it might make it easier to chisel out

:rofl:This was literally the discussion that was had minutes after discovering this. I think it will cost more to sas. i want... but time and money dictate otherwise.
Hmm... not a bad option. Need to see if i can get a drill in there. Not sure my tap is long enough though. 1 way to find out.

Oh... yeah, maybe not gonna fly with my home tools.

I still have yet to have one person approach me about letting the slug warm up every morning at 7. Guess having a loud exhaust doesn't equate directly to being an ass. Seems to be driver oriented *thinks*

Shits wack tho, I'd be doing it back to shut them up. Bc they ain't gonna until they know how annoying it is to u.

I started slamming my home system anytime the gf isn't home to bug the guy below me Bc he does it nearly daily. Made him leave the other day from it haha

That's pretty much what has been my inspiration. Breaking shit like this is annoying once it becomes regular enough

My 6.7l is shockingly quiet. You can stand beside it and have a conversation while it's running.

I'd say idle is not THAT bad but when I get on it or start moving with the glasspack it gets loud quick.

WOT it's close to the old dodge I had with a glasspack. Such a good lil boom tube exhaust
