    Product was never delivered nor any attempt made by the seller to make it right. I’ll be doing the same if I don’t get a delivery notice by Jan 6, and I’ve had my order sitting there since Dec, ‘19. I’ll go direct to the seller for a refund. Wish me luck with that. :rasta:

    Now she wants shipping? That is the new excuse? When I ordered, it was free. Got the invoice, clearly says "Free Shipping for Lower 48". That's from January after she said the website was all fixed. If it was not correct, why wait a year to tell people?

    What gets me is she shipped out my bowl lighting on the same order... without shipping added by her website. Wonder if she'll ask for that at the same time. :rofl:

    I saw something somewhere that she didn't originally ask for shipping because she didn't know how much it would be. But why did some pre-orders already pay shipping? I'm so confused on this whole situation.

    I think it’s a dis service to cut out the bolt install part of the video entirely. Should of fast forward showing the issues he was having to be considered a full review. He only says difficult aligning it up but we can assume the bolt angle was the issue he had but you can’t say he had no metal bending because he didn’t show it or mention it one way or another.

    This smells of money trouble. I have no idea but there is no logical reason to send out new orders and f over old orders unless you don’t have them. Pyramid scheme done backwards and I’m not sure I’ll ever get mine. It’s not a life changing amount but I’ll blast that operation everywhere.

    Nothing worse than doing everything right and getting shit on.

    I consider it a miracle that I got mine. To be honest, if I had had my Tacoma at this time last year, I would not have pre-ordered the grab handle. Such arrangements often turn out to be "vaporware." Kudos to those who had faith -- let's hope their faith was not misplaced.
