Maybe I missed it; how old is the leaf pack? How have you used your truck during the time the leaf pack has been installed?

I ran Fox 2.0 with no issues; they're spares now in my closet.

 

FWIW, I suspect something is a bit wonky in the leaf springs.

How did the truck sit before the flip?
Were the leafs changed with the flip?

 

The leaf pack is the same age as the shocks, been installed for maybe 3 months and the flip kit was installed with the leafs and shocks. One mild 2 tracking trip but thats it.
The truck sat just shy of level when it was installed once the shackles settled it was level until the other day.

 

That is a shit ton of preload.

If install is correct. Truck was level at install.
About the only thing left is the parts used during the install.

Any chance to make a trial with the original parts? It'll be a butt load of labor, but it may be the only path to finding the problem.

Not necessarily. Standard springs on a Fox 2.5" are 13" so they will have more threads showing than other setups but not necessarily more preload.

After all , thats what the body rests upon and how the OP is trying to figure out ride height

 

Cab/bed mounts could be a possibility.

Although, according to the OP, the problem happened in a short time.

I'd suspect failing mounts to lose height slowly.......2.5" is a big drop for a mount.


Hmmmmm......perhaps the frame had a rust through failure at a mount location......

 

Hit a bump hard, permanently flatted the left leaf.

 

Using my pos as an example , I can actually lift my box up at the wheel wells an inch . If it wasnt for the fiberglass topper on my pos , the composite bed would be bouncing around on every bump . Dam composite bed mounts are junk .

I could see that but the leaf spring itself is flatter on the drivers side so I dont think its box mounts

Its damn near dark here already so ill get some pictures posted tomorrow after work.

 

Checking the body mounts was a good suggestion too, but looking at the pics the driver side leaf definitely looks flattened compared to passenger.
