Hate to armchair QB this, but there’s been a year to organize distribution. A year to correct shipping issues, and plenty of time in the past few weeks to update on her distribution plans... some general update emails would have gone a long way. Instead of folks finding out on the forums that she’s basically ignoring her earliest supporters.

I am by no means saying running a 'home business' is easy especially when manufacturing is thrown in there. I just think customer service far outweighs meeting a deadline or delivering on goods. A line of communication could quash a large majority of disgruntlement.

 

I'm a November 19'er and am just gonna leave this here... represents my KTJO experience so far. Adding to the shit show. I know. But I feel a little better now.

 

Well this will be interesting. I ordered via PayPal, back when I had a little more hair up top. Who's to say whether or not shipping was included at this point. I guess not me and I'll wait for the inevitable 'we need a little more time and money from you' email.

Well after a back and forth on IG DM for the last half hour. She stated that she will be addressing my concerns about my missing order by sending me an email ASAP in order to pay for shipping so that she can "get these all out tomorrow. They will have labels on them tonight and taken to post office tomorrow." In return I have cancelled my PayPal dispute so that she may fill my order. Here's hoping she follows through. Seems promising seeing is she is now getting specifics from me.......

Just paid 'shipping fee' via PP invoice. Also received picture of my shipping label.

 

I don't buy the 'spare time' sh1t anymore. A side gig is somebody selling bead bracelets and vinyl decals on Etsy. She's pulling in gross sales over $170k just on the first batch for a single product and coordinating design, molding, and logistics with an overseas manufacturer. This is far from "I'm just doing this in my spare time". She needs to stop lying to herself. This is a full blown enterprise and she needs to run it like one or get out.

 

Seems like I'm going to have to DM her as well, just to make sure my shipping stuff is settled...

 

Well... she lies too. I preordered on Dec 22nd 2019, and I paid for shipping on Dec 20th 2020.
I haven't received an email saying it shipped, and I certainly haven't received the grab handle.

 

Your PP invoice should say shipping on there, if it was included. My invoice has a separate charge for shipping.

Seems genuine, and I hope she can follow through and meet everyone's demands. Hopefully not everyone has to take the path I have taken.

 

I’m 99% sure I ordered with a credit card through her site- evidently she didn’t have it set up for shipping in 12/19 but had an option to order through the site, so some of us don’t have a PP invoice. The receipt from the website says shipping $0.00- in either case, how is it the customers responsibility a year later to remedy this?

 

No shipping details on my PP Invoice email. Guess I owe.

 

If any paypal disputes are actually followed through until their resolution, it will be interesting to see how that shakes out.
She always tells people to pay using "Friends and Family"... to peddle her products . . .
The folks at paypal might have opinion on that?

 

She had free shipping for a time and also the Black Friday rebate deal. The website per her was all fixed as far as fees and charges mid January. It's all in the original thread. I would have no problem working with her if there was a mistake. Lost me though when the new orders ship before she took care of the originals. That is unprofessional and downright ignorant.

 

@SpikerEng Now that these handles are finally out, any plans to produce that 3rd gen ultraguage mount?

 

I looked at my PP transaction on their site. I can't find my emailed invoice. You can check to make sure at PP.

 

Not to mention you smoked most of that weed in the jar too!

 

So was it more like $140 then? That wasn’t that bad of a price. I forgot about the whole strange check reimbursement thing even though I got one after paying another $2.69753 or whatever for the PayPal transaction fee that wasn’t captured via “friends and family” on the original transaction (Don't ask, it’s not worth it — but the OGs will understand).
