    I actually asked for a new shipment, but they refunded me yesterday. USPS was at fault, but they didn't they didn't give me much hastle.

    Me too. Had a company down the road screw up my order three times. It’s machine bolts and I ended up having to cut the bolts and re thread the hardware that was damaged. After the review, they emailed me and said my next purchase would be on the house but I don’t have faith that it would be right. Screw me once, shame on you. Three times? Enjoy your shitty rating.
