if you guys follow the Facebook groups, a lot of people have been going to see EMP. It’s a smaller shop and they are probably getting swamped with people wanting to do the same exact thing

I get it that’s why I haven’t stressed out about it much. Thanks for the heads up though.

I was talking with some people on a FB group.. they estimated $600-800 for installation.

Id do it for $250, and you can help/watch/learn about your truck. You supply parts. Only thing is, I dont have a garage. Just my driveway. I just helped that guy the other week, and have done mine a few times. Im sure lots of people locally would help you too.

Good morning MD group. I just pulled my MBRP turn down off the truck last night. Anyone interested, let me know. Cut for short bed.

I talked to the owner last night- between a new office manager, unavailability of parts, and getting swamped- the are working over time trying to make it happen over there. Jeremy also hired another master tech to increase their through put. I began setting up my leaf pack project in early November.

EMP is probably one of 2 shops I know of that I’d trust and would drive out of my way to get work done. Pretty much all of Hi-lux Surf on FB goes to EMP exclusively and I always recommend that shop so I have no doubts they are swamped. Especially with this stimulus check coming into peoples bank accounts, everyone is buying mods that they can’t install themselves

Ahh. Okay. I hit them up late November. But like @crazyfingers, not stressing too much about it. Don't have the space or tools to do it myself and my only experience is YouTube videos. Hahaha

Did anyone still need my OEM leaf spring packs? They came off of my 2015 DCSB with 40k miles. The going price continues to be one breakfast burrito.

There are enough of you young guys in here who can install suspensions. Just pay the TW rate. It is a great way to meet more people and learn. This time of year a heated garage is a great thing to have.

Sure. I hate seeing people get taken with shop prices. A font and rear lift can be installed in a day/6 hours. Even less if you dont put the sway bar back on, or if you have a newer truck haha! That time estimate was if im fighting with rust and having to cut off shock bolts. ;)
