To be clear, as there has not been a trial nor a plea entered, he has not been found guilty of anything. If he had, all that would be left is sentencing and his punishment and restitution of court costs. We would be sh1t out of luck in regards to repayment.

He has aknowledged debt and is attempting restitution to mitigate any possible punishment should he be found guilty of fraud over five thousand dollars.

This amount and greater is automatically considered an indictable offense. It will require a jury trial. Maximum sentence in this case is fourteen years. Fraud over five thousand dollars as a first offence; the sentence could still involve jail time. One can only hope. There are mitigating circumstances such as the payment of restitution to reduce sentences, but there are no guarantees.

In answer to the second part of you inquiry: yes.

Once again I plead with those affected to report Mr. McDonald to the Canada Revenue Agency. Those people are like a beagle on a blood trail and will hound him until they get every cent they believe he owes them.

me and my buddy bought 85 of these for 100 each off the company that made them for erwin, but went out of business.

we sold a bunch then sold 50 or so to nathan/ken for 200 each

Someone just informed me....I don’t know. If the guy is trying to make the money to pay of the debts.....the first business plan didn’t work out so hot. Again I’m not entirely sure if it is him....but something to look out for. I don’t want to screw that company over if they are legit.

Changed the title. Hopefully people start seeing some money......can always change the title to hopefully encourage his business so he can other ls back.

 

Maybe change the new name into the title and add Core as previous.
