I legit have a couple shitty no name screwdrivers that I only use for that. Tip breaks and I hit it with the grinder.

I’m trying to put in new CVs and LBJs on both sides today. Hopefully I can get it done but I got a late start because it is cold.

If my alignment is still good right now, my lbjs that I am replacing are still good, and I’m replacing with oem you think I can get away with not re aligning?

I think you'll be fine if you're not removing the LCA.

Aha I found another problem in here. I kind of expected it but I need to do brakes. I was thinking about just doing pads and leaving the rotors but I’m going to do both to be safe I think.

Anyone know how to tell if calipers are going bad? I don’t have any issues with braking but the pads are worn a bit different (outside worn more than inside) on both sides. I don’t think this would cause a problem with braking unless when I try to compress the pistons or pull the pads out they are jammed up at all in which case I will either try to clean them or get new calipers I guess? Any suggestions?

Sounds like they're just out of adjustment?

Usually if they aren’t even it’s because of the guide pins the caliper sits on. It gets stuck and doesn’t slide freely.

Out-of-towner here, but I just wanted to say you have a really nice city(what I saw of it anyways). Took a road-trip today in my newish Tacoma to visit the Arch. I must have picked a good day as downtown was deserted(I’m guessing due to the holiday) and had no issues with parking. You probably get sick of hearing about the Arch, but it IS really cool!

Definitely a cool city with heaps of history. Did you get to check out the museum at the Arch? Really cool westward expansion history there.

I'm a transplant as well but enjoy the city's history... if you like military history, I "know a guy" who is the Grounds foreman at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery

Anybody have the schedule for Moonlight this weekend? I've never been out there for the rock bouncers and thinking about taking the family... which includes 4 and 6 year olds with short attention spans

I don’t think there are rock bouncers this year.
    It would be tomorrow though.

There are always shenanigans going on out there.

Personally, I'd avoid that around New Years. Lot of drunk jeepers reminding everyone of what not to do....

Although I suppose an official event during the day would be plenty safe (safe insofar as wheeling gets)
