    I had gotten a text message to the link of my order status, it reads:


    it looks somewhat like that above but it doesn't say "order complete"
    it states my order summary(invoice, I guess) but there's no tracking#

    am I reading this wrong? as being my order has been recv'd only and not shipped on the 19th?

    I had to change the color of the handle to black and she was aware of that and she did change it on her pre-order list awhile back.

    Am I missing something? The u-shaped spring metal nut is too big for the (two identical) 10 mm bolts. Don't tell me we got a second duplicate problem. Two plastic covers are identical. Are the 10 mm bolts supposed to be the same or different?

    Besides the duplicate cover, some are receiving oversized u-nut. :notsure: A quick trip to Ace has solved this problem. You could order 50 from Amazon, but that's excessive. I'm sure ktjo will instruct you to email exchange@ktjo4x4.com

    12/27/20 - Shipping Notification
    12/31/20 - Hopped into the back of the USPS truck to grab it (USPS guy actually left it in his truck because the box didn't fit in my mailbox but I wasn't going to let him get away that easily)

    Similar issues with most folks, J-nut clip is incorrectly sized for the bolts. Looks like I also need to make a trip to the hardware store to get the correct hardware. Agree with all the complaints on this thread but the truth is I am desperate for a grab handle.

    For "Sciences" sake, could you measure the length of your 2 bolts, since yours are different lengths. Some have reported same length, I believe.
