Exactly. Here is example of a guy with close to six figure income and now a bum because of drugs/meth. Lost everything including his family. And she tried and tried to help him and stay with him. 3 years worth.

Yeah, I had hope and prayers that he might straighten out. I seen it happen before over 20 years ago, but that guy last I heard made a complete 180 degree about face and was somewhere in TX as a preacher. I think he would be awesome as a preacher. A very intelligent and quick witted person. CNC programmer for mills, lathes. Very sharp.

 

On a more positive note...2020 winding down! Let's that daily life returns to a normal, and that this vaccine helps. I'm so burned out on mask requirement at work. I comply even when out in public store etc. Some say that mask requirement will stay a long long time...that's not positive

I think it will still be a while before normal. We were told at work to expect to be wearing mask at work until at least next summer.

yeah and it's been awful. Sometimes work environment hot plus 3 layers of clothing...if I wasn't on camera that mask might have..fell down in those situations it was either mask or safety glasses period. Then in and around town ya know it's one of those deals where run into a coworker and be scorned. BS I know. Plus, I wouldn't want to get it and pass to a family member that succumbed to it. I hear you though.

My wife went by Aldi grocery store this evening, she came home with 4 packs of these. $4.79 a pack and they aren’t even green yet.

Our closest Aldi's is about 50 miles away, but I was just telling the wife they might carry those cheesy hash browns thingy lol

The poll...it's 9:25 here and feeling like 11:25 outlook not good on making it...but just maybe

 

Did when the kids were younger. Now they stay up playing COD or Destiny or whatever it is they're playing now and I go to bed.

 

10:28 here, I could have been asleep an hour ago if the kids had been in bed. We let them stay up a little later tonight.

 

On that note, I better remember to turn the alarm off on my phone. No need getting up at 5:30 on a day off!
