Not that I've noticed. Haven't add a winch yet, so didn't add much weight.

    Be cautious
This bumper I received is not made of the 3/16" steel and 1/4" respectively. My entire facia is 1/8". Only the winch base plate and frame mount plates are 1/4". If you would like to see the quality of bumper I received to Vancouver, Canada last night have a look at this thread.. The weld and post weld quality is that of an offshore bumper.

Update on this. One week later and no reply at all from Body Armour. Pretty disappointed in their customer service. I’m thinking quality is not a focus at this point in time.
Luckily 4WP have been good to deal with and should have another from their warehouse by end of the week however if that one looks the same I will abandon Body Armour products.
    Bummer!

    Finally installed mine.
FYI if you make your cuts first you can pull the crash bar out all in one piece and real easy. Also I did not take off my bumper at all nor did I loosen the fender flares.

Ive got the bumper and x20 winch just waiting on the lightbar to arrive. Anyone keep that setup on stock suspension for an extended period of time or upgrade to handle the weight keeping the height close to stock?

Sorry mine is on a 2” lift. I measured before install and have the bumper and light bar up inside. (No winch)
My front dropped ~1/8” after install.

I just had the same set up installed two days ago. I’m on 6112/5160 and AAL in the rear, and I opted to leave my light bar out since I already have a 40” on my prinsu rack. I like this better since I have access to my winch clutch without popping my hood as well as the on off switch and wired remote plug.
Weight wise you’re gonna lose some height and you’re definitely going to feel the weight when turning or hitting a bump.

Did you all do the 4th supplied bolt as well or just the 3 factory ones? If so how does it go in?

Do you mean the long black bolt they send with it?
If so yes it’s the lowest point and I would think it’d be important if you ever pull or winch.
It’d spread the stresses out more during those actions. It simply slides through the through-hole in the frame.
Also if you ever have a failure the manufacturer would be less liable and perhaps less likely to support you because you wouldn’t have installed it to their specifications.

One more question sorry. I am just preparing for the install tomorrow. How do you get to the bolt that is screwed on to frame thats holding the lines to the cooler?

After you remove the grill it’s right there. Use a wrench or small ratchet. It’s pretty simple.
Like I mentioned above I did not loosen my fender flares at all or remove my bumper. Not a fan of removing panels unecessarily. Like to reduce chances of breaking clips ;)
I removed the bumper insert out front first (the piece the license plate mounts to) Then make your marks and cut THEN remove the crash bar after all in one piece. It was way easier than the videos on YouTube.
If you need any pointers I’ll watch the feed tomorrow.
