    12/22/20 - Ordered
    12/27/20 - Shipping Notification
12/31/20 - Hopped into the back of the USPS truck to grab it (USPS guy actually left it in his truck because the box didn't fit in my mailbox but I wasn't going to let him get away that easily)

Similar issues with most folks, J-nut clip is incorrectly sized for the bolts. Looks like I also need to make a trip to the hardware store to get the correct hardware. Agree with all the complaints on this thread but the truth is I am desperate for a grab handle.

Here are some photos and HNY everyone.

    Thanks for the pics.

For "Sciences" sake, could you measure the length of your 2 bolts, since yours are different lengths. Some have reported same length, I believe.

Finally got mine installed after buying the right sized clipnut. I went in thinking it'd be a 10 min job but ended up fighting with the bolts for like 45 min. Almost started to question my mechanical abilities! It's a pain to get the bolts aligned because the molds are off a tiny bit. Had to bend the metal in both upper and lower brackets. Because there are captive nuts on both ends, the bolts need to be perfectly aligned and the steering wheel makes it tough to see what you're doing. The fit and finish on the hole covers is really poor. Mine have jagged edges and you could see the lower one doesn't fit right.

All in all the handle feels nice and solid when climbing in the truck. One banana job with a few cuss words. Overall 4/5 on the Plug & Pray® grab handle.

On the KTJO web page to pay for shipping, how are they supposed to know which customer is paying? I used Paypal F&F back in April. Is there a comment box to include my transaction number? I don't want to pay for shipping and receive the wrong color.

I paid for shipping on the page and got a tracking number within 20 minutes (i.e. label generated). She sorts by email address. To minimize error you can state the color in the order notes when paying for shipping.

Thanks, after all the fiascos going on, I don't want to find out I paid shipping for nothing. I assume I would have to use my Paypal address so they know who placed the order.

Mid way through the first day of 2021,
Got a surprised package, and it wasn't the grab handles...

Never even got the shipping info for this, FedEx just showed up... Happy that I got it, just very confused. Way to start off the year.

You can put the original PayPal transaction ID and date in the order notes as well. I did.

Just did the shipping payment. Included the PP trans ID and got an order confirmation. Now to see what happens.

I got an email from her saying I owe shipping, which I PAID January 13, 2020 via PayPal per her instructions. Basically she's delayed shipping my order because she has shit record keeping. I sent her a copy of the conversation I had with her where she acknowledged receiving the shipping payment. Hopefully she doesn't come back and say the shipping cost changed and I "owe" her even more money.

I must be missing the new rave? Are people letting go of the steering wheel when the road gets rough and need a handle? Or are Tacoma owners on average having trouble getting into their trucks?

I slide right into my Tacoma truck. Never needed any Granny-Bars...
