#3 on the pre-order list and mine stuck in limbo land Supposed to be shipped on the 19th. Hope it comes in soon after seeing a video by TB and I paid upfront. I have bought several things from her in the past with no issues and then I get the shaft that I paid to help out and some have already gotten theirs.

I think someone just got theirs recently and it had an M8 bolt clip.

 

Right but I'm guessing (probably a bad guess) that she took the wrong bolts out and inserted the right ones before shipping the new ones.

 

I miss tropical winters, anything less is to damn cold. Gf was born on Guam and met in HI

I think the bolts are ok. It's the M8 slip nuts that are wrong.

 

The New Year is already going better. I can be more objective and way less emotional when discussing these grab handles (as opposed to the last year).

Once again, not KT's fault, no apology, and the message goes out on social media. Does she realize that not everyone is checking her IG and FB pages?

If you have one of these M8 slip nuts I think you’d be better off getting an M6 at a local hardware store. Don’t like the sound of “Break coming up”. Pretty soon they’ll be into another forced Covid break as well.

 

Lol, I'd rather order the pack of 50 that's been discussed here if mine is the wrong size than to try and get a response from her.

 

Reading that sounds to me like she’s relieved that she can offload the blame onto some low level Chinese warehouse guy. And, if things go more wrong, it’s the Break that did it.

It's not her fault she can't respond to everyone timely, it's her employer's fault for making her work a full-time job.

It's not her fault pre-orders took so long to ship out, you guys should have been on top of it and paid your shipping fees.

I got my email last night finally. No responses to any of my actual inquiries.

From what I gather, Katie has a full-time job and KJTO 4x4 is currently a part-time operation. That huge shipment must be overwhelming especially with the cover mix up which means each package must be opened to check.

While I don't agree with new orders being shipped before those of us who preordered I think we should cut her some slack. We've waited this long what's an additional couple of weeks gonna matter.

 

You forgot, it's not her fault you signed up for a kickstarter, but expected it to be turnkey plug-n-play.
