    The combo will still put some light onto the hood, but not as bad as a flood pattern. DDs flood on the SSC2 is actually slightly tighter than the standalone flood pattern. If the ditch lights will be your only source of additional lighting aside from headlights I would still recommend a combo to get a little support everywhere. If you have a light bar or something similar to provide the width lighting I say go driving pattern all day long.
    I mean... everything’s on sale right now! At least for DD stuff.

    But I guess it depends on HOW MUCH you love me... Weirdo :p ;)

    Don’t know if this will be an Apple to Apple comparison. BD where not street legal. But got to run the DD SS3 pro SAE fogs in rainy weather. Light out put is phenomenal and no one flashing their lights at me. Highly recommend them. Purchase @memario1214

    I have been running the SAE/DOT Diode Dynamic Pro's for a few months now with not a single flash from oncoming traffic.

    My Baja Designs which the Diode's replaced (Non SAE/DOT) which are going to be my back up lights I have been flashed many times almost as soon as I hooked them up.
