Summer-Shield .40 sw. It’s light and thin, and concealable with shorts and a t-shirt.

Fall winter- G23, cause capacity, and my sweatshirt hides it just fine.

 

If I was wearing a jacket or murse, I'd consider a 1911. Or just use my 5.7.

But I'm looking for something a little more concealable on my short frame.

I carry xd 40 compact. With 1836 holster, hugs close to waist line.

 

We were looking at the Shield .40. Nice looking pistol; how does it fire?

Researching now.

 

I have the XD-M 40. I bought it because I was able to get it for super cheap, and I've been impressed with the quality and action. Really nice and user friendly pistol IMHO.

 

Right now, full-size 1911 with aluminum frame. It's thin and comfortable to carry, for me. I also have ammo so I can train with it, unlike my normal carries of tricked-out 9mm compacts. I don't have enough 9mm to stay proficient with them right now.
