    For me it's the Light I think or Lack of it. Seems some days I only get like 4hrs. of Sunlight if any at all. Cold, damp, work underground & just No people & when there is, there are too damn many :angrygirl: I know i sound like a whiny little bitch right now but Sleep is a real treat too when I can get some. :frusty:

    I too can sound like a whiny bitch. Hahaha...But...yeah could be a combination of things and for me I feel like I never sleep good cause everything hurts lol. So I wake up constantly.

    I know lack of sunlight effects me. Bought my own Happy light. Goin' on year two with it & i'm pretty sure it makes a Diff., just doesn't plug into my Truck.

    Every person works differently to some degree, but I've found that 3 things affect my sleep (and subsequently energy levels) the most:

    1) Diet (especially my intake of simple sugars)
    2) Caffeine
    3) Activity level (ironically the more active I am, the more energy I have)

    If none of that works, I smash my face into the wall repeatedly.
