I SO wanted to see Randy win that fight. Now, they said that Lesner was 265#. B S. He looked every bit of 300#
Think Randy is going to go back to fighting in the lower weight class?

    X2!
That dude is a MONSTER. Randy is 45, and Im sure he has enough money to retire. He made his name and is up there with the big dogs.

well he actually wanted to retire but the ufc wouldn't let him.......so they made him fight this huge ass dude with a record of 2-1 for a title shot......really stupid in my eyes, all for ratings and money. randy is a champ and a way better fighter, i think brock lesner just got lucky......too many factors in this fight.

I think giving him a title shot so early was part of him coming over from pride... and they only have to make weight on the day of the weigh in. not the day of the fight!

Lots of respect for Randy here, he's been around longer than most and is still putting up a helluva fight.

I dont know about that punch. It was to the back of the head behind the ear. Im pretty sure that punch would have popped my head like a grape. Also, Randy took a few hits to the chin before that. They werent full power, but after a few "small" hits from some 300# gorrilla, who wouldnt have dropped?
I agree that fight #4 being a Title fight was crap. They should have let Randy retire with the title.

Money talks, and they want ratings. UFC is becoming a soap opera.

I wanted Randy to win too, but Brock is a whole lot of dude even for a MMA legend.

Couture wanted to retire in the middle of his contract. Don't pretend Captain America was totally in the right in that contract dispute.

As for Lesnar looking like he was 300 pounds, I have no doubt he was well over 265. But there is nothing that says you have to be at weight at the time of the fight, just at the weigh in, which was several days before the fight.

I know they are weighed way before the fight, but isnt there a 300# max.?

    Oh Yeah!!!
I replayed that punch a couple times, and if you seen what I seen, it is just behind the ear. So yeah, a dude that big hits you in the back of your head that hard, most guys would drop.

I am a big fan of Randy. Got to shake his hand here at Bragg, even my boys are big fans, but lets face it; BROCK is a beast:eek:

I believe they need to redo the wieght class. 206-260 is too big a gap. Maybe Cap it off at 230 or 245, and make a super heavy wieght division.

Until then, lets get Randy to come down to 205 and put a beat down on the likes of Rashad and Forrest, Until Anderson Silva steps back up and Dominates, LOL...

I don't think the weight would matter to Randy because he was fighting before the implemented those rules. Back when you trained to be a fighter and not to fight a certain opponent.

no doubt i would have dropped from that punch. but still not sure randy would/should have. they did that to randy cuz he and tito were talking alot of crap about the ufc and compared it to don king with boxing. they should have let him retire with the belt since he has been there forever

i agree with pluging movies and 50 cent pluging and album. i dont want to see fez or mandi moore in the front row.

I feel the same way Randy and Tito have seen the change and I suppose they don't like it, now the viewers are able to see alot more than what we used to. Look how they behave on the series. I have a buddy that was just there and he doesn't act like that at home, he was asked to make it interesting by Dana White.
