Congrats! Beautiful pup. You know your hooked now. Once you have a pit/pit mix in your family your family isn't complete without one. I always have had and will always have a rescued pittie by my side.

@RobP62 - beautiful pitty! I volunteer with a local rescue that mainly deals with pitts/pittmutts. Awesome dogs, once you gain their trust you have a best friend for life.

 

I'm just wondering if anyone has, or knows of, a used firewood stove for sale. The house I recently purchased looks like there was a wood stove in the lower level at some point. There's a fairly new 6" exhaust stack going up past the roof , the pipe just ends inside of the foundation wall in the lower level ( it's a split level house). My plan is to have a pellet stove for next year, but right now I can use the exhaust that's already there and get some heat into this hut. The electric heat pump basically sucks once it gets below 40 degrees. I want to get some radiant heat into the lower level and use the ceiling fans to draw it upstairs.

I look daily at the FBMP and CL, nothing worthwhile shows up so I thought that it couldn't hurt to ask around here. I'm looking for a stand alone stove, something that will heat around 800sq/ft. TIA!

 

Thanks Brother. Deb said she had a bit of a panic attack when I ran to the store a little while ago. I was gonna less than a hour. I put in her crate with kong toy with some peanut butter inside while we ate dinner. Once we we all cleaned up I let her out.
