The minute you realize people don't automatically assume to send money via F&F or pay fees when using PP and get 30 bucks in fees after making 2 pretty killer deals

 

That's basically every vanity light, that's why you see so many of the makeup style lights. I was talking to the guys remodeling my bathrooms about that and was wondering it it was just because of my cookie cutter POS house, he told me majority of them are like that. It's quicker to nail the box to the stud and slap a light with a big ass base on there then to center it over the sink.

 

I’m dealing with the same shit. Nail pops in the ceiling drywall too. F me.

 

I always tell people to send as F&F and if they don’t I refund it and tell them to resend correctly or no deal.

 

I got fucked on a deal sending it FF and the dick smoker never sent me my shit and went AWOL. I send it non FF so I'm covered when people don't send me my shit!!

 

that’s why I usually just buy from memario1214, new, or from locals where I can meet up in person.

When selling, I’ve been around on here long enough that if someone is worried I’ll screw then over, they can just buy from somewhere else.

 

Yeah I get it - Lazy fucks who would rather get done 20mins early versus taking the few extra mins to do it right.

 

Smash that drywall out and fix it for the next owner

It’s taken me three days just to paint, hang a new mirror, medicine cabinet and light fixture. No way I could ever finish a full bath remodel in less than 6mo.

 

Thats why I added or cover fees I wasn't thinking and figured everyone knew the deal. Oh well sold enough shit to cover 1/4 of my LT

 

Ive fixed enough of their half-assed work. I’m burnt out. Couple rooms getting painted and need some landscaping - it’ll be ready to hit the market in the spring/early summer.

 

I gutted my bathroom and 5yrs later I had a contractor in there finishing it. I HATE remodeling and carpentry so I feel ya.

 

That’s why I never send money F&F unless I know the person. I will gladly pay the fees if I really want the item.

 

I finished an entire house remodel in less than 3 months 1400 sqft. It was exhausting I totally get it!

 

Don’t ask my wife how long it has taken me for this guest bath.

 

ive never really had anyone show me or have had to do any major renovations. I’ve only done basic stuff that I can YouTube.

if I had to hang drywall it’d be a hot mess. I can’t ever get drywall mud to cooperate. Always looks like shit when painted over...

 

This is my first time ever doing a remodel or any real work on a house. House we had in Colorado only thing we did was paint and knock down a wall. Had somebody else do the drywall repair.
