*little info, 2020 Manual Transmission, H-Key

After following the instruction and programming exactly like how Jimmy did in the youtube video is there another step I am suppose to do?

I havent put things away, already re-installed 3 times. Every time does the same thing.

press the lock button 3 times, head lights do come on and gauge cluster lights up but thats it.

Hope you guys can help me. Thanks

    You can try this:
Mimic "ready mode" while in neutral, then open the door but stay in the truck.
Hold the clutch down all of the way when you push lock 3x. This will let it start without "clutch cancel" needed.
If the truck starts with the clutch down then you either have a bad connection to the "clutch cancel" yellow wire, or the extra relay in the harness (the one with the fuse on it) is bad. I had the same issue and Jimmy sent a replacement relay.

Just installed my remote start kit on my 2021 trd sport and am having the same problem. I took dtaco18s advice and tricked it into working with the clutch in so now I’m guessing I have a bad relay? I’m positive I have a good connection for the cancel wire so I’m just wondering if it could be anything els.

Did your fuse fall out of the relay?
    upload_2021-1-2_17-24-38.jpg

Are you waiting for the TPMS light to start blinking before taking the key out of the ignition during the "ready mode" steps?
Is the ignition turning off when the key is taken out or when the last door is shut?
Are your 3 press of lock rhythm not too slow and not too fast?
Are the headlights blinking but no engine crank?
Hold the relay in one hand and remote start in the other, do you feel it clicking? Inspect the bottom of that relay socket for pulled wires.
    Call us this week.

Having the same problem here. I tried staying in the truck and holding the clutch down which allowed it to start. The T tap cut the wire on my first try so I used a heat shrink solder butt connector to connect all three so pretty certain it's solid. Clutch cancel button still works so don't think it's a bad connection but not sure if a bad tap with the connection would disable it. Mine came with a fuse but I don't see a relay box like the one posted that I could insert it into. Messaged N2 but guessing with holiday weekend won't hear back until next week.

    Any solutions? Thoughts?

The yellow "clutch cancel" wire comes out of the relay base. You can follow that wire back to the harness to find the relay base & relay.
If there's no relay plugged into the base then that would be a problem (but I'm guessing the relay is there, along with the fuse pictured above.)
Rather than messing with it twice, I'd just wait for N2 to get back to you and walk you through troubleshooting.

You were correct! Looks like mine shipped without the relay with the fuse plugged into the base. I took a screenshot from the youtube video when he was going through the cables. Guessing that is the problem so will have to wait until next week to get it sorted. Thanks!

Yep, definitely the problem. Did you re-check your box to see if it fell out?
That will be an easy fix then.

Ha I checked everything over about 100 times including laying everything out before I started and watching the videos and reading through the guides. Guessing it was just an error during the assembling and packaging. Just glad that should fix it and then I should be good to go. Thanks again for the help and quick response.

I really want this for my 2021 Manual, but am so nervous to cut into any OEM Wiring. What does the TPMS have to be spliced into?

The TPMS wire has to be interrupted so that the key fob works to unlock the door while the truck is remote started.
The process is simple. You cut the TPMS wire and then the remote start module has two wires that connect to those TPMS wire ends. it's really not that big of deal if you know how to cut a wire and strip wire insulation. The "wago" connectors that N2 uses have reusable clamping levers, so you just insert the wire and drop the lever down.
When I sold my manual truck, I just used the same "wago" connectors with a short piece of wire to reconnect the oem TPMS wire.

After going through this install, to me the most important thing is to make sure all of the wires are tucked out of the way of the clutch spring.
The spring has a large swing radius and it would be easy for it to catch a wire.

    Hope this helps.
