He had the OEM boxes for both, that he gave to me. I am a sucker for a killer deal though, so I will have the bezels painted to match and go with the "TRD" on the PS.

I have a 2019 trd sport and using xrunner's harness. For some reason when the truck is completely off and I put the headlight stalk to "DRL" the drl is not coming on. The drl and headlights comes on when I put the headlight stalk to headlights on when the truck is completely off. However, the drl comes on when I put the headlight stalk to "DRL" when the truck is running. Anyone knows how to fix this issue so that the drl comes on when the truck is off?

    Isn't this a normal function?
Even with my old halogen headlights.DRL is off when the truck is off, on when running and parking brake is down.
Mine is always set to DRL as the lowest setting, I never switch all the way to Off.

I guess I never really pay attention to how the drl behave when the truck is off. Thanks for letting me know.

I was confused by this as well, in the past, particularly the parking brake needing to be down. It’s especially devious for MT because parking brake off with truck in neutral requires an intelligent selection of parking location to view the grille.

The best way to see it is a dark enough location near a wall so you can stay in the drivers seat w brake engaged and just observe the reflection off the wall.

Are you sure? My 2020 OR MT came with one upgrade, LED headlights. The rest is stock unless floor mats are considered a package.

You know, you are absolutely correct.
I went and tried to build a truck on Toyota, and for certain selections, the LED headlights are only available with the technology package. It was confirmed by other users too, so we went with it.

However, for an MT TRD Sport Voodoo Blue, i was able to get the $485 LED upgrade only, without having to add a tech/premium package. Any other color would force the technology package.

Just got my set delivered from Oempartsource. Unfortunately the drivers side arrived with a broken mounting tab.

Is the piece in the box? I would "weld" that back on after asking for a BIG discount from the supplier

They just taped the two boxes together and shipped fedex. There’s some dead space in the boxes where they could put some padding to protect the tabs. The top box definitely saved the other light.

@pandonsf yeah that sucks. Same thing happened to me, I ordered the led lights from cheapestfactoryparts.com and the tabs were broken on the driver side light, the other light was fine. I had to ship the old one back, and they sent me a replacement. It’s arriving tomorrow, fingers crossed it’s not broken again :(

Ordered mine from Mcgeorge and the sales person personally padded the lights in mine. He said he’s received so many returns from customers so he started padding them. Above and beyond service.

    Ordered mine from McGeorge also.
Flew across the Pacific with USPS, and no broken tabs.

McGeorge is pretty quick to respond, even to the "Note to seller" section.

Got mine from Olathe. They threw some extra bubble wrap in. They survived.

Even though I have them, I still get excited to see when other people get them. ;)

Wasted no time. Just cut the factory wires and repinned to new connector
