Nothing of any real importance. Removed the Christmas lights from the bed cover, removed the sticky tie downs (a little glass cleaner works wonders to loosen up the sticky residue), and cleaned up trash from the truck.

I've got some after market fog light replacements, but without a garage/carport, crappy weather has been a hindrance here of late.

    Can't win for trying.

Almost certain I got the first non-pro one in Metro-East St Louis in early November. The day it got off the trailer I bought it.

To make life easy, grab a 14mm and loosen the passenger seat (tilt it back and prop it up) it’s a tight fit under the carpet to feed the harness without the seat in so I can’t imagine with it still bolted in place. The night before stream the hose along the passenger side to knock loose and loose debris. Creeper was better than rolling on the ground but not as nice as a lift. I had around 15 extra zips. Instructions and pictures are spot on thorough. Oh and the kick panel, I’ve seen a thread recently about how people have a hard time with it. The 2 clip near the jam side are angled not straight in so remove the plastic cap/nut (scuff plat should be off) and grab/pull the panel more towards the passenger seat than the center console. Remember pulling it out at an angle because they go in at an angle

From a group I follow on FB. Might would've been more appropriate on Taco Tuesday, but what the hell

Too many mods and I haven't even started yet..
Installed the rest of my MESO order.

No installed pics because there are so many pics and video out there. But the install went smoothly and I don't seem to need the resistors either. We'll see when the weather warms up if that continues to be the case.

I had the same issue with the MESO surround on the starter as well, though mine is in the 3 0’clock position After fully committing I threw some light adhesive on that pin and called it a day. I still get a little more play in the ring than I’d like, but also don’t have chrome... so still a win IMO.

I thought about using some adhesive, but couldn’t bring myself to do it. No chrome is a huge plus though.

It is... I tried not to get too carried away with the adhesive so I could easily break it loose if I need to time will tell there... The other though I had when replacing with the MESOs was just painting the OEM surrounds black or any other. Once they’re out they could easily be sprayed. The OEM surrounds clicked RIGHT back into place. But that’s another level of commitment as well.

Gashole, dope. Stage one taillights, very dope. I've had them for a month and all I want to do is have a random taco behind me, hit my turn signal and see the confusion in his eyes through my rear view mirror:rofl:

I wanted the same with my Meso tails but sadly, many Tacoma drivers won't even notice. I know I never did until I knew how they worked.

I used to work on-site at Metro East Industries. I think I’ve seen your truck rolling around the STL area

I have had mine for about a year, and no one really notices unfortunately. However about a month ago, someone actually did notice! He got in front of me on the freeway though, and flashed his, and I noticed he had them too!

Battery is charged by solar power. I'm not going to have a typical dual battery set-up. I'm adding a another battery soon so if I ever run out of energy, I'll turn off the disco lights and waterfall. LOL
