What are you paying for your 2021 Tacoma? (price thread)

Thanks! Luckily, I really like the Magnetic Grey as it was the only truck on the lot. The long bed was a must for me. I have 2 dogs and a kid, and the cargo space in the short bed that I upgraded from was always maxed out. I don't do any serious off roading, just lots of dirt roads, so I thing this truck will be perfect for me.

 

Two young kids here and lots of dirt/sand roads with car camping in the future. Same rationale... Wife required Magnetic Grey and I agree it looks very classy. Our other car (hers) is the same color.

Asked for pro wheels, pro grill, tonneau cover, anything basically - as some members here said they were successful with. They were not willing to add in any accessories whatsoever. Best they offered was dealer cost. It's a tough market for Tacoma buyers right now. Overall, happy with the experience and love the truck so far!

FWIW ... I went to look at some 2021 Tacoma's yesterday. I know one of the GM's and we had a 10 minute conversation. He indicated that Tacoma production is going upon fast and discounts are increasing and will continue to increase in the next few months. I have been seeing many more Tacoma's on dealer lots in the last week or so. I am in the SET area.

He said it was crazy for a while ... as some USED Tacoma's were bringing their NEW truck price for a short period of time.

Most likely South East Toyota. Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina.

Northwest Florida has been slim pickings.

just fyi, toyota has been shifting all tacomas to Mexico new plant... so all the 2021 should be all come from Mexico... mine is a 09 and its made in Mexico!

 

Thanks to those of you who have posted. It helped me get a deal I was happy with. I think it helped that I was buying on the last day of the year and I just found a dealer that this worked for. I shopped it around to several others in WA, OR, and ID and couldn't do better.

Here it is, would have liked to do a little better, but it seemed very unlikely in my area.

My paperwork printed strangely, so hopefully that is at least somewhat helpful.

The local dealer would only go MSRP + $5000 on a Pro. The Phoenix dealers (about a dozen) would quote anywhere from +5k to +10k (or more). Vegas dealers were the same. SoCal as well.

 

So where did you end up buying it for that price?

 

Findlay Toyota Flagstaff. I'm also still trying to figure out if there were some additional dealer-installed options that didn't make it onto the MSRP sticker or if they are standard on a Pro. Paint Protection, Wheel Locks, Hood Graphic (Black Vinyl behind the fake scoop) Window tint on the front sides for what is essentially a match to the rear sides. I had a production 'order' with the local Prescott dealer for a loaded up Premium Off Road, but the wait was killing me...
