Clean N' Shine by shine supply. I do detailing on the side and although it's not the cheapest option it provides a rich brand new look instead of a greased up and super shiny look. Dries quickly and leaves no residue.

Great conversation ! I am getting ready to clean the interior of my truck so I really appreciate the suggestions.

Interesting article here, in case anyone is interested:
    https://www.nytimes.com/wirecutter/reviews/best-car-wax-detailing-supplies/

    Quoted for your convenience:

"Meguiar’s Quik Interior Detailer Cleaner is a spray-on cleaner that works well on any interior surface, including in-dash displays and touchscreens. Compared with many sprays that leave a shiny but greasy coating, Quik Interior Detailer leaves a natural-looking finish with no slick residue and helps protect the vinyl from the sun’s UV radiation. It has earned high ratings from more than 600 Amazon customers, and pro detailers recommend it too. In a review on Detailed Image, Todd Cooperider of Esoteric Auto Detail in Columbus, Ohio, writes that it’s one of his favorite detailing products. “I have been using Meguiar’s Quik Interior Detailer for years now, and use it every single time I clean my own cars as well as every vehicle that passes through the Esoteric garage.” Some people complain that it has a strong vinegar-like smell, but that’s, well, in the nose of the beholder, as it didn’t offend us.

If you have a sensitive nose, you might prefer Griot’s Garage Interior Detailer, which has a more floral scent. But it typically costs a bit more for roughly similar performance, so we prefer the Meguiar’s cleaner.

After you’ve cleaned the trim, if you want to apply a mild dressing to give it a richer look, we (and several detailers) recommend using 303 Aerospace Protectant. On Detailed Image, pro detailer Ivan Rajic of Lustr Detail in Palatine, Illinois, writes that it provides a nice matte finish and makes the vinyl slightly darker and richer, “with no sign of oily or dirty residue.” He notes that the protectant makes it easier to wipe off dust and is relatively long-lasting, protecting the dash for six to eight weeks. It also has a very high rating on Amazon, across thousands of reviews."

Ah yes "real" detailers are chemists too, I assume you extract your own polymers and sheer your won sheep as well, if not you're not a true class detailer.

Diluting some D10101 doesn't make you any more real than than the guy who buys the same shit pre diluted from autozone under the name APC.

Get over your gate keeping mix your own shit ass self.

OP: I'm a "real" (hobbyist but have done paid jobs and paint corrections) detailer and I use 303 on the dash moat of the time, it's plenty good for a Tacoma dash.

Was given a dashmat for my 2005, loved it... when I got my 2020 I didn't hesitate and never looked back. The reduction of reflective glare is such a game changer, I highly
    recommend.

Looks like they went to the local big box store and picked products. No offense but I am not going to choose products off a NY Times article. I am going to defer to enthusiast and pro detailers.

Honestly, no offense taken at all. I am also going to defer to pro detailers as well. Which is why the article quotes pro detailers:

"Todd Cooperider of Esoteric Auto Detail in Columbus, Ohio, writes that it’s one of his favorite detailing products. “I have been using Meguiar’s Quik Interior Detailer for years now, and use it every single time I clean my own cars as well as every vehicle that passes through the Esoteric garage.”

As for me, I am making a list of the relevant products in that article as well as the suggestions here and narrowing down my list to see what works for me.

Going to add some further input. I already mentioned that Shine Supply "Clean N' Shine" is my choice for light/routine interior cleaning. ($14 for a 16oz bottle). I have also used Meguiar's Quik Interior Detailer as well as Adam Interior Detailer.

So with regard to the original question, in my experience none of them are bad options. However, given the fact that it is your personal vehicle the small cost difference to buy the Adam's or Shine Supply Version is well worth it IMO. Keep in mind many professional full time detailers like Meguiar's because they can buy it in bulk for less cost than these other products while still delivering good results. Not a knock against the Meguiar's option though, because it will give good results and I used to use gallons of it. However, in my experience the other two perform better.

Lastly, it is very important how you apply the product to achieve the best results. The use of two microfiber towels (one to apply, one to remove excess) or just flipping your towel is helpful. I found on tacoma interiors that sometimes using a microfiber applicator pad works well to remove and flatten excess for a perfect finish.

I don't use any sealants on the dash or interior components. The only thing I do is use Optimum No Rinse as a quick detailer to keep it clean.

I mix armor all, Palmolive dish soap and 10w30 oil for an all purpose car cleaner, lubrication and uv protectant and put it in a pump up weed spray and just go over the car inside and out. The 10w30 leaves a nice shine on the dash.

Id like to throw a little Astroglide in that mix and see how it turns out.

We could add that to the mix and have a specially formulated door handle and gear shifter knob dressing for added anti theft protection

I like 303 for exterior trim, but haven't used it on any interior parts yet. Does it out gas like Armor All and cloud up windows? If not, I'm good with it.
