Wonder if this was shipped out before or after she finally realized m8s were put in the kits... if after, it blows my mind that she didn't look into options other than Toyota of China to rectify the issue before shipping the rest out. Also wonder if the ones after will still need to request an m6 through her exchange email... I feel like it might be too much to ask of her to make note of the remaining incorrect ones so she has less emails to go through.

It's funny that a little QA/QC and communication could have prevented the influx of emails that she so obviously can't keep up with.

Or she’s rolling the dice that she won’t have to make it right if it’s a cheap, widely available part and none of us feel like chasing the remedy through her. Then she doesn’t have to open every package to confirm the contents.

True. I'm tempted to request the correct one if I get the wrong one, just to see how long the process ends up being. For science! Since @Skydvrr's science backfired on us.

You’ll need to stalk my Instagram and Facebook pages. I’ll put the answer to your very complex question there—or nowhere at all—within the next three months.

Just imagine the excitement when we track the plug-and-pray™ strip-o-matic® pole on a table as it crosses the ocean on a cargo ship. Good times are ahead my friends... Then dark times.

100%. Two emails and nothing. Again, I can’t complaint about the quality of the part itself (yet), but the the lack of responsibility and fixing the problem is unacceptable. Makes sense why she’s banned. Reading the confusing and massively incoherent descriptions on her website should have been a red flag. That and the misrepresentation of everything being “OEM”. The question here is whether or not you want to support a business that isn’t transparent and doesn’t take accountability for their products.

The cliffs notes on the ban were: 1) transacting like a vendor and not registering as a vendor on TW, and 2) pissing match with mods over rights and attitude. Both were bad decisions. That’s what I recall from the explanations given.

Mine finally hit the local post office. Wondering if I should just swing by Lowe’s on my way home tomorrow to pick up the M6 nut or roll the dice that it’s correct.
