So he took off the bumpers? That truck is a big reason I went with CBI. By the way if he(Dan I believe was the previous owners name) didn't switch them those are CBI sliders and you have a top notch product on there.

Dan left a Hannibal pamphlet in the armrest box and the dealership left it in. I've been trying to get in touch with him/anyone at Hannibal this week to no avail. I was pretty psyched about this truck once I saw the pic of it on their website, even with the bumpers removed!

I loaded her up with wood, chain (for pulling my friends out of ditches), chain saw and gas. Christmas tree huntin tomorrow!






When I have more time, i'll attach more lights to the racks. For now, that'll have to do. That bed plug does have a use after all ... 100 watts of awesomeness ... lol

 

I used spring nuts from an electrical wholesaler. I think you can get them from any hardware store with an electrical section. They are made for 'unistrut' or 'cantruss' whatever you want to call it.

 

Got the MaxGuard (Bedliner type) put on lower sides and removed "Tacoma" emblems from sides. Here is my cell phone picture, will post nice photos soon.

150k stuff,
Changed Spark Plugs.
Checked K&N.
Lubed doors, hood, gate.
Rotated tires, checked brakes.
Washed Wheels inside and out.
Drained and filled diff.
Then washed it on a rainy day, cuz it needed it anyway.

When I pulled down the spare, I noticed that the dealer sprayed my matching spare with undercoating, luckily it washed off, just like it seems to be doing to my frame.

 

cleaned and lubed the uniballs and bushings on the UCAs

 

new decal. this tops off my truck right hurr.

 

We went Christmas Tree hunting, and had a Tacoma party ... there were a couple of other trucks there too.







We also went dog sledding... What an experience!



And then she Ookami was due for a wash.
