Should I take the bumper off?

I wouldn’t, why would you?

 

Because I show my truck in the “Stock Import” class at Carlisle and the nitpicky judge took points off because my bed was scratched...

@Taco critter had a bit of a disagreement with the judges at Carlisle too!

 

What they didn’t like his racing stripes and hood scoop?

 

They put his truck, and his wife’s T4R, in a class with the lifted Titans and Tundras when there should have been one for the smaller lifted import trucks.

 

That blows my mind? How could you they screw that up?

 

How could they mark me down because my bed scratches in it and my dashcam wires were visible...?

I don’t show my truck in the judged section anymore because I was insulted!

 

Wow that’s crazy, they were probably still in shock after seeing @Taco critter truck they were delusional when they got to yours.

How many people on TW can say they’ve worn a straitjacket before? My friend @Gwyns04 can say that she has! I’ll let her tell that story...

 

This was part of the training we had at the mental health hospital I worked. At that time we did use this as a means of protecting our clients from themselves or hurting others. They wanted us to understand what it felt like so we could be more thoughtful and considerate in the process of applying a jacket and containing one in a jacket. Fortunately from my experiences this was done without abuse or neglect. Clients actually seemed to like that they could be contained when they are not able to control themselves.

 

That was in like 1998-1999, right?

Wow that is interesting, would definitely give you a different perspective on things. I was kind of expecting a Houdini type story where you escaped from one while being submerged in a chained steel box.
